The activity is a quiz game in which the children are tested on their ‘healthy’ knowledge of sport, health, food and general knowledge.

Teaching the activity
The questions relate to four different areas:

• Sport
• Health
• Food
• General knowledge

The quiz is a team activity in which the children are divided into groups of 2–4. The aim is to correctly answer as many questions as possible. One point is awarded for each correct answer.

The quiz can be carried out in two possible ways:

• You can read the question out loud and give all the groups the opportunity to discuss the answer before they write it down on a piece of paper.
• You can play against the clock, in which case the groups have to offer an answer as quickly as possible and only one group has the opportunity to answer.
